Gala at the Governor's Mansion                   Back
The Oklahoma Centennial will be celebrated in 2007 and one of the events leading up to it is the annual Oklahoma Centennial Book Festival at OCU. Margee created the logo and web site design, as well as a bookmark. We were invited to attend the OCBF black-tie Gala at the Governor's Mansion 5/20/2005. As we arrived the patio/pool area was filling with people for a meet and greet before dinner in the pavilion. (I didn't know the pool at the Governor's Mansion was in the shape of state of Oklahoma). With wine at pool side we shook hands and had a conversation with the First Lady Kim Henry.
